Strengthen and tone your body in a gentle and graceful way!
In this class, you will discover belly dance as a beautiful ancient art integral to women’s health, stretching back thousands of years. This dance is empowering for women; the somatic exercises enhance body awareness, tone muscles in our pelvic floor, increase flexibility, and heals our connection with our femininity by celebrating and honoring the forms of the Goddess.
Each week we will ground, center and emulate the rhythms, movements, shapes and symbols found in nature, while also building unity with other women in a sacred circle.
This is a safe space for you to express yourself in a non-judgmental, supportive way.

In this 6 week, IN PERSON class series with bi-coastal practitioner Alicia Le Van, at Moon flower Ayurveda Spa in Eliot, ME you will learn the fascinating, basic philosophy that underpins the Ayurvedic approach to health and healing.

In this 4 wk class with Alicia Le Van, (Herbalist, Holistic Therapist, Ayurvedic Practitioner and Women’s Wellness Expert), you will be introduced to the value and differences between Eastern and Western herbalism traditions and how they relate to women’s wisdom, health and spirituality.
